I have been fortunate to work with both Kim and Shane Ranz in my role as a Design Leader and Architect. This letter is a testament to their ingenuity and tenacity. I have admired Kim’s drive and entrepreneurial spirit that has been manifested in her projects and vision. I have seen this both at a corporate level in her role at Luxottica and the evolution of her own business. She has applied her brand strategy expertise and visual creativity from a complex corporation to the benefit of start -ups and restarts. My experience with Shane is based on high profile retail builds in premier New York City locations. He instilled a great level of trust with his clients, respect from his peers and appreciation from me. To build on time, on budget, with attention to detail and a good sense of humor is a rare. It was great working with Shane. Kim and Shane together create a dynamic and innovative team for your next design build adventure. They will be excellent partners.

I am writing on behalf of Kim Ranz. She was the project manager, designer, and general contractor for our restaurant buildout. We completed a 'to the studs' renovation of a 1708 sq ft cafe in East Walnut Hills. Kim was our main point of contact during our entire design and build process. Build out had many challenges due to the international shipping crisis, widespread labor shortage, and tight schedule needed to keep the project within budget. Kim is a creative problem solver who took these challenges in stride. More than once she had to go back the plan, modify, and overcome. We appreciated her savvy and positivity. She always made sure we were informed and kept in the loop on this fast-moving project. Frankly, she was quite patient with two owners that wanted to be on site almost daily. She is also budget conscious and choose wisely where the dollars went the farthest. The space far exceeds our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Kim, cheers!

I am writing on behalf of Shane Ranz. Shane was our project manager at Manning Construction for our laboratory buildout. We went from 10,000 sqft to over 70,000 in Covington Kentucky. Shane was our main point of contact during our entire build. Building out our laboratory had its own challenges with all our special requirements with all our different pieces of equipment that all had their own specifications. He took this challenge with stride, he listened to our needs and delivered. We built out an old building in Covington and during a pandemic when we were rapidly expanding to meet the testing needs of our community. Shane stepped up and made sure our project was not only completed on time but ahead of schedule. When we needed to move in 2 months prior than our original date, he ensured we maximized every day to ensure we could move in ahead of schedule. He always made sure we were informed and kept in the loop on such a fast-moving project. Shane was excellent at listening to our needs and then making his recommendation on what would work best with our budget and aesthetically. If I ever do another buildout, I will want Shane involved!
